Ciel Robin was an normal teenager girl with her friend name Wave, then one day, she was walking home from school, until she accident felt into hole filled with glowing blue water. Then next morning, she woke up & look at a mirror & find out that her skin color has turn to blue (including her hair color yellow was change to purple). Then she find out that not only the glowing blue water gave her skin & hair color change to Blue & Purple, but gave her elasticity power as well. Then with a help of her friend: Wave, Ciel Robin create an superhero ego: "Stretching". Now with her new elastic power, Ciel Robin aka Stretching must fighting against evil.

Ciel Robin aka Stretching will appear in two upcoming one-shot Webcomic: "The Adventure of Elastic Teen Girl name Stretching" & "Stretching & her new baby" And this an early concept art. And she'll appear as a main character of upcoming Webcomic Series (as a Midquel): "Elasticity Girl Academic".
